We had a blast, no matter how much it rained, we didnt miss having the comforts of an electricity power, high-speed life back at home. Using Martins trail map, we explored the property everyday, walking the river, hiking everywhere we could and loving every minute of being outside on the beautiful land Martin owns. Came home with some nice scars (Browns notch at the end of a long hike did us in) but still, so happy. Even our lab, Rosco didnt want to leave :) Everyday we miss being there, wishing we could foresake the fast pace life of being in a city and wanting to be back where the only thing to wake you up was the sun and the birds chirping! Needless to say, we recommend this place to anyone needing some R & R or just to enjoy the mountains a bit. It was fantastic... we will be back!!! Tom at work water filtering on the back porch.
